    Location, nice hotel.

    Not a five star hotel, customer service not up to five star standards. TV in Bedroom did not work and when hotel was made aware it was not rectified. Parking paid for twice due to Hotels error and very difficult to get a refund. All in all it did not live up to our expectations and most likely would not stay there again.

    The hotel is nearby shopping centers and train station.

    The rate is very very expensive and there is no value for the money. In other words, I paid 389 euros per night with no free breakfat or free internet or free tours or any other things worth this very high rate.

    Affable staff and marvellous location near main station all shopping areas, everything was perfect. The room was well-appointed with a walk-in closet and large showers plus walk in wardrobe, could leave my car onsite. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was incredible.

    I really enjoyed how this place was just a short walk from Schlossgarten and the State Gallery of Stuttgart, making my city strolls easy and enjoyable while soaking in the beautiful views.

    The room was clean and well-appointed with a cozy corner that's perfect. The location is fantastic, right across from the main train station. The staff were friendly and the amenities in the room were great.

    Service in the lobby bar (uncrowded) was terrible. They charge an arm and a leg for internet connection - inexcusable for a business hotel. And their parking is expensive as well.
